About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, utilizing advanced Power Query and DAX.
  • Perform SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across various databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, among others).
  • Support data modeling following best practices (star and snowflake schemas).
  • Apply Data Storytelling techniques to present KPIs clearly and concisely.
  • Contribute to the documentation of processes, metrics, and indicators.
  • Collaborate with business areas and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ideate analytical solutions.
  • Ensure the visual quality and design of visualizations, following organization-established standards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with ETL and data integration routines.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX and Power Query).
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
  • Knowledge of data modeling best practices (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema).
  • Basic understanding of visual design applied to data visualizations.
  • Ability in Data Storytelling.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
  • Organized and results-oriented.
  • Willingness for continuous learning.
