About the role
- Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using Java and front-end development skills.
- System architecture, database integration, and troubleshooting, focusing on ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java (Quarkus, Spring Boot, Maven, EJB, WebLogic) and front-end technologies (Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Databases: MySQL, Oracle, and Hive.
- Practical experience with DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), Extreme Programming (XP), Lean).
- Concepts of distributed computing and microservices.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher.
- Kubernetes clusters and their resources.
- Docker containers.
- Continuous delivery tools and processes: CI/CD with Jenkins and Argo.
- Public cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS.
- Building cloud environment monitoring solutions (Prometheus and Grafana).
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Codebase management, builds, and version control using Git and GitLab.
