About the role

  • Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using Java and front-end development skills.
  • System architecture, database integration, and troubleshooting, focusing on ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Java (Quarkus, Spring Boot, Maven, EJB, WebLogic) and front-end technologies (Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Databases: MySQL, Oracle, and Hive.
  • Practical experience with DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), Extreme Programming (XP), Lean).
  • Concepts of distributed computing and microservices.
  • Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher.
  • Kubernetes clusters and their resources.
  • Docker containers.
  • Continuous delivery tools and processes: CI/CD with Jenkins and Argo.
  • Public cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS.
  • Building cloud environment monitoring solutions (Prometheus and Grafana).
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Codebase management, builds, and version control using Git and GitLab.
