About the role
- Define solutions for system development by gathering requirements from the client.
- Implement computer-based systems, scoping system requirements and functionalities.
- Elicit requirements and business rules.
- Prepare proposals for changes or new systems to present to the client based on the gathered requirements.
- Adhere to quality standards for the routines and processes under their responsibility, assessing the impact of changes to ensure system integrity.
- Produce technical documentation, establish standards, coordinate projects, and provide solutions for IT environments.
- Perform database modeling and configure systems developed by the company as well as by the client.
- Participate in the preparation of project/operations planning and releases.
- Prepare and be accountable for documentation of the routines and processes under their responsibility, specifying technical documents, manuals, operational procedures, and others, with monitoring and validation.
