About the role

  • Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning;
  • Big Data and analytical visualization;
  • Experience in prediction, classification and recommendation projects, turning large volumes of data into strategic business insights;
  • Strong foundation in statistics, programming (Python/R/SQL) and machine learning frameworks, combined with communication skills and data storytelling;
  • Required technical skills: development in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and R (dplyr);
  • SQL, Spark, API development and web scraping, machine learning (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
  • Predictive modeling (regression, classification, clustering, time series);
  • Data engineering (NiFi, Airflow);
  • Data visualization (Power BI);
  • DevOps and MLOps (Git, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes);
  • In addition, important behavioral skills include: communication, time and schedule management, change management, resilience, teamwork, problem solving and creativity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;
  • Proven experience in the role;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement;
  • Advantage: experience working on public administration projects.
