About the role
- The focus will be on performing routine tasks, learning under management supervision, and strict adherence to established processes;
- (Day-to-day): The Mid-level Systems Analyst will work under the direct supervision of the manager, focusing on process execution and hands-on learning of legacy systems. The role is split between operational stability, automation, and continuous development. Tasks: monitor servers and administer Linux systems under the guidance of a more senior professional; identify production issues using production languages — JavaScript and Python; monitor tickets related to production system and server outages.
Requirements
- Knowledge of NCP-MCI;
- Knowledge or experience in hands-on/autonomous operation of systems with production routines;
- Academic background in IT and/or related fields;
- Must reside in João Pessoa and be available to work in a hybrid model.
