About the role

  • Develop and customize solutions on the Genesys platform (Genesys Engage and/or Genesys Cloud CX).
  • Work on development of integrations with internal and external systems (CRM, ERP, legacy systems).
  • Create and maintain APIs, services, and automations to support contact flows.
  • Develop and customize IVR (URA), routing strategies, and omnichannel flows.
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents and production issues.
  • Support the technical solution design together with architects and consultants.
  • Ensure development best practices, version control, and code quality.
  • Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Genesys Engage and/or Genesys Cloud CX. Development in Java, .NET, JavaScript, or Python (depending on project tech stack).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of IVR (URA), routing, events, and contact flow design. Experience with SIP, VoIP, and Contact Center concepts.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git). Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Genesys certifications are mandatory. Experience migrating to Genesys Cloud.
