About the role

  • Respond to, analyze, and resolve critical incidents in SAP PM modules.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose definitive fixes and optimizations.
  • Monitor, adjust, and stabilize maintenance processes in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • Maintain and evolve existing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Assess, specify, and implement improvements and change requests following AMS governance.
  • Participate in gap analyses, functional refinement, and the evolution of maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SAP PM with a thorough understanding of maintenance processes.
  • Solid experience in AMS support, including incident handling, RCA, change management, test execution, and governance.
  • Active SAP PM certification.
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools and practices, and frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Ability to propose process improvements focused on performance and stability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
