About the role
- Monitor process metrics and act to promote the continuous improvements required by the team.
- Support developers in improving their technical capabilities and needs.
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing backlog items.
- Assist the PO in describing backlog items until they are sufficiently detailed for development.
- Help the team build the business metrics necessary to track value delivery to the client.
