About the role

  • Proficiency in Java ecosystem (Quarkus, Spring Boot Framework, Maven, EJB, WebLogic, Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Oracle and Hive).
  • DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), Extreme Programming (XP), Lean Manufacturing).
  • Concepts of distributed computing and microservices.
  • Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher).
  • Kubernetes clusters and their features.
  • Docker containers.
  • Continuous delivery processes and tools: CI/CD with Jenkins and Argo.
  • Public cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
  • Building cloud environment monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of REST API development and integration.
  • Codebase management, builds and version control using Git and GitLab.
