About the role

  • Support the protection and operation of Operational Technology (OT) environments by identifying, analyzing and mitigating vulnerabilities in industrial systems.
  • Monitor alerts generated by IDS/IPS in OT networks on an ongoing basis, correlating events and responding to incidents.
  • Participate in defining and reviewing security architecture for industrial environments, ensuring network segmentation, enforcement of access control policies and protection of critical assets.
  • Perform vulnerability scans, risk analysis and develop corrective action plans in accordance with frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443.
  • Work alongside engineering and automation teams to ensure security measures are applied in a manner compatible with industrial process availability.
  • Support audits, prepare technical reports and drive continuous improvements to OT security policies, contributing to the cyber resilience of industrial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security metrics and indicators.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in information security and cybersecurity roles.
  • Knowledge of security architecture.
  • Experience conducting vulnerability scans.
  • Experience with continuous improvement of security policies.
  • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Behavioral skills such as problem solving, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability and continuous learning.
