About the role

  • The junior developer will be responsible for writing code under the supervision and guidance of a senior professional, ensuring systems operate correctly.
  • They will also perform basic tests and make necessary adjustments to ensure the software meets expectations.
  • Work will be collaborative, as part of a team alongside other developers and technology professionals, contributing to the development of effective solutions and continuously learning.
  • In addition, they will participate in technical meetings with clients, always accompanied by senior staff, assisting with documenting discussion points and executing the tasks defined.
  • They will work on projects using agile methodologies, participating in team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning and review meetings, delivering tasks incrementally and prioritizing professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT or related fields.
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
  • Advantage: Experience working on public administration projects.
