Requirements
- Proven experience selling value-added services and managing commercial activities in the technology and B2B consulting sectors.
- Strong relationships within the banking sector and experience conducting high-level negotiations with large financial institutions.
- Prepare and develop commercial proposals that emphasize tangible and measurable benefits for clients, assertively leveraging Minsait's offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic vision to adapt technological solutions to the specific demands of the financial market.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Fluency in Spanish will be considered an advantage.
- Continuous update on technology trends and innovations in consulting and financial services.
