About the role
- Handle, manage, and resolve energy-related cases and issues, such as billing issues
- Assist with delinquency and payment default issues
- Respond to customer requests to prevent escalation to legal authorities
- Handle escalated or dissatisfied customers
- Assist customers who have previously attempted to resolve the same issue
- Work with customers whose accounts contain sensitive data, providing responses to their requests
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills
- Contribute to company results by meeting established targets and deadlines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Previous customer service experience required
