About the role

  • Monitor and analyze the company's financial results, ensuring the quality of accounting and management information.
  • Prepare and analyze financial, budgetary, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor the budget and forecast, and analyze variances between budgeted vs. actual results.
  • Support the monthly close process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data.
  • Conduct cost, expense, margin, and profitability analyses.
  • Develop, track, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive continuous improvement of controlling and financial processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and ad hoc support to internal departments.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of controllership, corporate finance, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial/management closing processes.
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced — pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus, preferably SAP or similar.
