Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;
Location: Hybrid – Brasília, on-site 2–3 times per week;
Proven experience with Java, JSP, and Servlets;
Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases;
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (desirable);
Familiarity with version control tools (Git);
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills;
Nice to have: Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Struts; knowledge of Linux environments; experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Advantage: Experience working on public administration projects.
