About the role

  • Assess the suitability of processes for automation, considering complexity and added value.
  • Analyze processes (AS IS) and propose solutions (TO BE) for processes not eligible for RPA.
  • Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.
  • Develop and document business rules in detail to facilitate understanding and alignment with the business area.
  • Provide full support during testing and user acceptance (homologation), ensuring compliance and resolving automation-related incidents.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of process management
  • Knowledge of administrative process mapping and process modeling with Bizagi (BPMN).
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
