About the role

  • Assess the suitability of processes for automation, taking into account complexity and added value.
  • Analyze current processes (AS IS) and propose future-state (TO BE) solutions for processes not eligible for RPA. Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.
  • Develop and document detailed business rules to facilitate understanding and alignment with the business area.
  • Provide full support during testing and acceptance, ensuring compliance and resolving automation-related incidents.
  • Actively contribute to the development and preparation of environments for automation.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and validation meetings, ensuring understanding of key resources.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of process management.
  • Experience mapping administrative processes and modeling processes using Bizagi (BPMN).
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
