About the role
- Execute and/or lead Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects across the company’s value chain.
- Promote efficiency management and customer focus, encouraging continuous improvement of the institution’s internal processes.
- Lead the development of a project selection method based on value added.
- Maintain and continuously improve the institutional process architecture, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Perform critical analyses of performance indicators and propose improvement actions within Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects.
- Support business areas in process redesign and workflow optimization initiatives as part of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to the integration and sustainability of process management practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.
