About the role

  • Audience segmentation for campaigns, performance evaluation, and campaign measurement.
  • Create datasets for communication via social media.
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and CV indicators.

  • Creation and maintenance of Journeys in Salesforce for the Cards Business Unit.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work arrangement (Osasco).
  • Programming logic / algorithmic thinking.
  • Experience with data manipulation and extraction tools such as SAS, SQL, and Teradata.
  • Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel for data consolidation, analysis, and report creation.
  • Ability to interpret KPIs.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle concepts and the customer journey.
  • Preferred – Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau: data visualization and dashboard building.
  • Knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience with multichannel campaigns: understanding communication strategies via RCS, SMS, push notifications, and email.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: building automations (Automation Studio).
  • Publishing messages and HTML content.
  • Use of AMPscript for content personalization.
  • Creation and maintenance of journeys (Journey Builder).
  • Technical English for reading documentation.
