About the role
- Analyze and interpret complex data, identifying patterns and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze profitability and results of products, customers and segments; investigate scenario variations and recommend opportunities for activation, unblocking and engagement of credit card customers.
- Analyze and measure the return on commercial initiatives to understand campaign performance, identifying the best channels and strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
- Build predictive models of customer usage behavior and purchase preferences, as well as cluster customer profiles and life-stage moments throughout their card journey.
- Use data tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS and Databricks for data extraction, manipulation, consolidation and visualization required for studies and analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Analytics & Big Data or Data Science is a plus.
- Knowledge of data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with banking and fintech products and services, especially in cards or payment methods, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proven ability in Data Science and Analytics.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets using languages such as SQL, Python and R for data extraction, aggregation, joining and enrichment.
