About the role

  • Senior-level experience in administration, support, and operation of corporate network environments, with a focus on Fortinet technologies.
  • Responsible for firewalls, switches, access points, SD-WAN, segmentation, security policies, and advanced incident support.
  • Define and maintain security policies, NAT, firewall rules, UTM inspections, and microsegmentation.
  • Participate in change governance, including impact analysis, execution, and validation.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting in distributed environments (headquarters + branch offices/cities).
  • Propose and lead initiatives to improve network performance, stability, and security.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, configuration standards, and procedures.
  • Support critical Security, Networking, and ITO Operations incidents.

Requirements

  • Experience with a focus on Wi-Fi networks.
  • Administer Fortinet environments, including FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator, FortiNAC, FortiEMS, AlgoSec, and Illumio.
  • Configure, operate, and optimize SD-WAN, IPsec VPN, ADVPN, BGP, and OSPF.
  • Academic degree in progress or completed in a related IT field.
