About the role

  • Strategic role in SAP Project Governance and portfolio management, covering implementations, rollouts, upgrades and migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Responsible for ensuring methodological adherence, executive project control and integration across technical, functional and business areas, with strong stakeholder engagement and PMO leadership.
  • SAP project governance (ECC and S/4HANA) in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid environments.
  • Portfolio management of projects (implementations, rollouts, upgrades and migrations).
  • Consolidation of integrated schedules, WBS and master plans.
  • Control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks and changes (Change Requests).
  • Monitoring of KPIs, quality gates, dependencies and issues.
  • Preparation and presentation of status reports, dashboards and executive reports.
  • Support for testing, cutover and go-live.
  • Administration of tools and documentation repositories for audits.
  • Ensuring standardization and quality of project artifacts.
  • Act as focal point between Minsait teams and client areas.
  • Mentoring and support for mid-level PMO staff, Project Managers and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Senior experience as a PMO in SAP ECC projects
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield and Brownfield)
  • Management of schedules, risks, deliverables and financial control
  • Preparation of status reports and executive reports
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations (SD, MM, FI, HCM, BASIS)
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Intermediate English and Spanish
  • SAP Activate methodology
  • SAP Cloud ALM
  • Power BI
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience in global projects
  • Creation of executive dashboards and financial reports
  • PMP, PMI-ACP and SAP Activate certifications
