About the role

  • Act as the lead for high-volume, high-complexity tech recruitment and selection.
  • Conduct market mapping, advanced sourcing (hunting) and strategic talent outreach.
  • Proactively present key candidates to drive hires and generate new requirements.
  • Produce and interpret strategic reports, presenting recommendations for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Actively negotiate with stakeholders, influencing decisions using data and market insights.
  • Perform critical reviews of job descriptions, proposing changes that increase hiring effectiveness.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and analyze tech hiring metrics and rates.
  • Serve as a technical reference and mentor for junior and mid-level analysts.
  • Lead strategic status meetings with internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields).
  • Solid experience in Tech Recruitment and Selection, with a track record in consultancies or large organizations.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing/hunting techniques, competency-based interviewing and market mapping.
  • Familiarity with ATS (preferably Gupy).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ownership mindset, self-management, empowerment and a proactive attitude, combined with strong negotiation, influence and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience hiring multi-platform technology professionals.
