About the role
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and support).
- Basic concepts of networking and connectivity.
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow, OTRS, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL (advantage).
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or related fields.
- Availability to work on-site in Aracaju, SE, Brazil.
- Advantage: Experience working on public administration projects.
