About the role

  • Work on medium- to high-complexity projects, developing solutions focused on performance and scalability.
  • Provide support and respond to urgent technical demands.
  • Implement and help maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, failures, and performance issues.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), contributing to estimates and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical areas to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
  • Contribute to the construction of robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs for integration with internal and external systems.
  • Maintain and evolve legacy systems, promoting refactoring and modernization when necessary.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Java.
  • Experience with technical documentation, architectural modeling, and supporting design decisions.
  • Familiarity with UML, data modeling, and system integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and API management principles.
  • Understanding of JVM internals, memory management, performance, and tuning.
  • Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch.
  • Microservices: development, deployment, and maintenance.
