About the role
- Work on medium- to high-complexity projects, developing solutions focused on performance and scalability.
- Provide support and respond to urgent technical demands.
- Implement and help maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, failures, and performance issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), contributing to estimates and deliveries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical areas to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
- Contribute to the construction of robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs for integration with internal and external systems.
- Maintain and evolve legacy systems, promoting refactoring and modernization when necessary.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Java.
- Experience with technical documentation, architectural modeling, and supporting design decisions.
- Familiarity with UML, data modeling, and system integration patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and API management principles.
- Understanding of JVM internals, memory management, performance, and tuning.
- Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch.
- Microservices: development, deployment, and maintenance.
