About the role

  • Analyze financial statements, reports and other accounting documents to identify trends, patterns and potential issues;
  • Record financial transactions, enter information into the accounting system and keep records up to date;
  • Reconcile bank accounts, supplier and customer accounts, and other ledgers to ensure the accuracy of accounting records;
  • Prepare accounting reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and other documents required for financial management and regulatory bodies;
  • Study and interpret current accounting legislation to ensure the organization complies with applicable standards and regulations;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and relevant legislation is essential;
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and interpret financial information is fundamental;
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and accounting management systems is highly important;
  • Customer service: support for direct and indirect management units;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensure the quality of accounting records and reports.

Requirements

  • Availability for hybrid work in João Pessoa;
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in IT, Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • Previous experience of at least 6 months in Public Accounting.
