About the role

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and support).
  • Basic concepts of networking and connectivity.
  • Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow, OTRS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL is a plus.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in IT or a related field.
  • Availability to work on-site in Aracaju, SE (Brazil).
  • Advantage: Experience working on public administration projects.
