Responsible for ensuring governance, control, and management support for a strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Establish and maintain project governance (schedule, scope, budget, and key performance indicators).
Support the Project Manager in conducting executive meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder management.
Consolidate and analyze status information, risks, issues, and changes.
Manage project documentation, communication plans, and quality control.
Serve as the focal point for integration between functional areas, technical teams, and partners.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, SAP Activate).
Requirements
Strong experience as a PMO in SAP projects, preferably in conversions to S/4HANA.
Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Excel, and Power BI.
Familiarity with PMI, Agile, and SAP Activate methodologies.
Executive communication skills and stakeholder management.
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with SAP ALM or other tools supporting SAP Activate.
Experience in rollout, upgrade, or migration projects to S/4HANA.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) are a plus.
