About the role

  • Provide on-site user support for IT, resolving issues related to hardware, software and networks.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as desktops and laptops.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware component failures.
  • Configure and support Microsoft network environments, including workstations and servers.
  • Work on data and voice network infrastructure, performing installations, configurations and connectivity tests.
  • Install and configure network devices such as switches, routers and access points.
  • Document support activities and technical procedures performed, ensuring traceability and support quality.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to continuously improve IT processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technologist degree completed in technological fields such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related areas.
  • Desired knowledge in:
  • - Computer hardware (desktops and laptops).
  • - Data and voice network infrastructure.
  • - Microsoft network configuration.
  • - Network devices (routers, switches, etc.).
  • - Strong communication skills, proactivity and ability to work in a team.
