Responsible for reviewing, simplifying and aligning credit and collections management processes with best practices (back-to-standard), ensuring adherence to the SAP S/4HANA model and compliance with business requirements.
Gather and review current SAP FS-CM processes (Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Management).
Identify customizations and propose alternatives based on standard S/4HANA functionality.
Support the definition of the back-to-standard strategy, reducing complexity and risks during conversion.
Map integrations with FI, SD, GRC modules and external collections tools.
Prepare functional documentation, support testing and validate conversion scenarios.
Serve as a functional reference for the credit, collections and controlling areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience with SAP FS-CM in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Deep knowledge of Credit Management, Collections and Dispute Management.
Experience in SAP conversion and process simplification projects.
Strong functional analysis, documentation and business communication skills.
Experience conducting fit-to-standard workshops.
