About the role
- Responsible for initially handling support and continuous improvement (AMS) requests for a specific client.
- Work on corrective and enhancement requests related to the SAP SD module.
- Perform analysis of incidents, improvements, and process evolutions.
- Support SAP implementation and migration projects (ECC → S/4HANA).
- Interact with functional and technical teams to ensure quality deliveries.
- Conduct testing, user acceptance (homologation), and support for key users.
- Prepare functional and process documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP SD (billing scenarios, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, and integration with MM/FI).
- Experience in AMS support and implementation projects.
- Familiarity with ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of SAP GRC.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with functional and technical teams.
- Experience with data migration and system upgrades (desirable).
- Basic knowledge of integration with MM and FI modules (desirable).
- Experience with functional documentation and continuous process improvement (desirable).
- Technical English for reading and writing (desirable).
