About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze data from different sources and turn insights into actions aligned with company objectives
  • Manage the incentive scheme for the commercial network and field force
  • Deliver SOM OTS growth
  • Act as a link between the field force and headquarters for IT systems
  • Monitor and analyze objective fulfillment, creating ad-hoc actions to ensure company performance
  • Plan trade activities in CRM systems to optimize field-force visits
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product launches and promotions across distribution channels
  • Participate in field-force strategy planning to maximize distribution-channel efficiency
  • Deploy cycle activities on time with all market stakeholders
  • Maintain field-force CRM compliance and planned activities
  • Maintain the company product portfolio and POS universe
  • Monitor monthly field-force activities and incentive targets
  • Ensure distribution levels for categories, especially NPI launches and pipeline creation
  • Monitor environmental, health, and safety standards and develop related best practices
  • Report to the Route to Market Manager
  • Collaborate with Field Force, SPI, Trade Support, Supply Chain, Brand Activation, Finance, HR, and external partner Logista
  • Travel approximately 5%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Trade-Brand Marketing team, sales force, or data agency
  • Experience in an FMCG company with a trade channel and account management approach
  • User knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • User knowledge of CRM systems including Power BI and Salesforce
  • Good communication skills
