About the role
- Define and manage the product backlog, in line with the vision and business objectives
- Clearly specify requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Prioritize functionalities based on impact, value and effort
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to ensure quality deliveries
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Track performance metrics and user feedback to guide product decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as a Product Owner in an agile development context
- Certification in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is preferred
- Ability to clearly articulate business needs to the development team
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Solid knowledge of software development, including agile methodologies and relevant technologies is preferred.
