About the role

  • Manage small to medium-sized customer projects, including scheduling and resource coordination.
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects that may span multiple business or technology areas but with less complexity.
  • Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications.
  • Track and manage issues using JIRA or similar tools.
  • Apply basic knowledge of routing, switching, internet, and network architecture to support project delivery.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on critical success factors.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and escalate key issues and work with engineering and business units to resolve them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Some project management experience, preferably in a technical or services environment.
  • Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK.
  • Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP or Scrum/SAFe are advantageous.
