About the role
- Manage small to medium-sized customer projects, including scheduling and resource coordination.
- Lead project teams to deliver projects that may span multiple business or technology areas but with less complexity.
- Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications.
- Track and manage issues using JIRA or similar tools.
- Apply basic knowledge of routing, switching, internet, and network architecture to support project delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on critical success factors.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Identify and escalate key issues and work with engineering and business units to resolve them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Some project management experience, preferably in a technical or services environment.
- Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK.
- Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum/SAFe are advantageous.
