Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 3+ years focused explicitly on designing HR service delivery or HR technology solutions
- Preference for ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or advanced HRSD Implementation Specialist credentials
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or highly regulated industries (like Financial Services)
- Proficiency with newer platform capabilities such as ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Next Experience UI
