About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will contribute to the development and evolution of business applications as a Full Stack Java/Vue.js developer
Design, develop and maintain Java backend applications (Spring Boot) and Vue.js frontends
Develop modern, high-performance and intuitive user interfaces
Develop and consume robust, secure RESTful APIs
Implement business services and manage the data access layer (JPA/PostgreSQL)
Participate in the design and evolution of microservices-oriented architectures
Write unit and integration tests and contribute to their automation
Ensure code quality through development best practices (Clean Code, SonarQube, code reviews)
Collaborate with project teams (QA, DevOps, Architects, Product Owners) in an Agile/Scrum environment
Take part in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to technical documentation and provide application support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (associate to master’s level)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Full Stack Java development
Strong proficiency in Java (ideally Java 17) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, REST, Security, JPA)
Excellent command of Vue.js (Vue 2 or Vue 3)
Solid front-end development skills (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3)
Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL)
Experience with microservices architectures
Familiarity with tools and environments: Maven, Git/GitLab, SonarQube
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with unit and integration testing
Team player, autonomous and well organized
Excellent communication skills
Experience delivering production services is a plus.
