About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in scoping, leading and implementing transformation projects
Produce analyses, deliverables and recommendations for clients
Contribute to coordinating project stakeholders: client teams, subject matter experts, Capgemini internal teams
Monitor project commitments: schedule, risks, deliverable quality, progress
Support change management with the teams involved
Occasionally supervise junior consultants, interns or apprentices depending on assignments
Contribute to knowledge capitalization in the business services sectors, corporate mobility, catering or facility management
Participate in developing commercial proposals, assets or internal thought leadership on the sector

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an engineering school, business school or equivalent university degree
Significant experience between 4 and 8 years, in a consulting firm or in transformation roles within business services organizations
Contributed to transformation, organizational, innovation, operational performance or digitization projects
Comfortable in French and English in a professional context.
