About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in scoping, steering and implementing transformation projects in the aviation sector
- Produce analyses, deliverables and recommendations for clients
- Contribute to coordination of project stakeholders: client teams, subject-matter experts, and Capgemini internal teams
- Support monitoring of project commitments: schedule, risks, deliverable quality, and progress
- Support change management activities with the teams concerned
- Supervise junior consultants, interns or apprentices on an ad-hoc basis depending on assignments
- Contribute to knowledge capture on airport topics, air transport, passenger experience, operations and digital transformation
- Participate in the development of commercial proposals, assets and internal sector-focused thought leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree from an engineering school, business school or equivalent university background
- Significant experience, ideally between 3 and 8 years, in a consulting firm or within an aviation sector company
- Experience contributing to transformation, organizational, operational performance, innovation or digitization projects
- Comfortable working in French and English in a professional context
