About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use analytical tools to process and interpret large volumes of data, identifying patterns and relevant insights.
Create detailed reports and visual dashboards to communicate KPI performance and data insights to management teams and other stakeholders.
Detect and investigate data anomalies that may indicate issues or opportunities for improvement.
Propose improvements to KPIs and data analysis methods to ensure the company remains optimized for performance.
Participate in and develop projects in this area within Allianz Portugal or the Allianz Group.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Data Science, Management, or a related field
Knowledge of AI tools, Power BI and SQL
Knowledge of Python (preferred)
Proficiency in Office 365 – Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English
Customer and market focus, entrepreneurial mindset and self-confidence
Enjoyment of coding
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organization, team spirit, results orientation, adaptability and openness to change
Self-driven with a commitment to continuous self-learning
