About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Within our project teams, you will work on the development and evolution of Full Stack Java/Angular business applications for major enterprise clients in complex technical environments
Design and define the technical architectures of solutions
Lead and mentor development teams on technical matters
Design, develop and maintain backend Java (Spring Boot) and frontend Angular applications
Develop robust, secure and high-performance REST APIs
Design and implement event-driven architectures based on Apache Kafka
Ensure code quality through best practices (Clean Code, code reviews, Sonar, CI/CD)
Participate in technology choices and architecture decisions
Ensure application performance, scalability and resilience
Produce and oversee unit and integration tests
Participate in implementing Microservices and Event-Driven architectures
Collaborate closely with DevOps, Architects, QA and Product Owners
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement
Contribute to technical documentation and application support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of Java development experience
Strong proficiency in Java (preferably Java 17) and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, REST, Security, JPA)
Solid skills in Angular
Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL / PostgreSQL)
Proficient with Kafka (messaging, streaming, event-driven)
Familiarity with tools and environments: Maven, Git/GitLab, Sonar, RabbitMQ
Experience with testing (unit, integration) and automation (e.g., Robot Framework is a plus)
Familiarity with microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Team player, autonomous and organized
Experience in service production environments is a plus
