About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support our project managers in the planning, coordination and documentation of projects, monitor deadlines, milestones and actions, and ensure transparent project communication.
  • Preparing and maintaining project status reports, KPI analyses and the presentation of relevant project data for management and specialist departments are part of your responsibilities.
  • In addition, you support the handling of customer complaints and ensure complete and traceable documentation of cases in the SAP system.
  • Through in-depth data analyses, meaningful reports and visualizations, you provide the basis for technical and organizational decisions and assist in the analysis and interpretation of process and project metrics.
  • You develop, create and optimize Qlik analyses and dashboards and drive the standardization of reports, templates and administrative processes across the organization.
  • Maintaining a consistent documentation and filing structure and supporting the introduction of best practices within the Process Technology organization complete your area of responsibility.
  • You also support onboarding of new employees, prepare training materials and work instructions, and contribute to the sustainable development of the department through structured knowledge transfer.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training, or a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in a technical environment, project management or process management is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and structured working style
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; good knowledge of SAP (e.g. project, maintenance or production modules) is desirable
  • Experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView and creating dashboards and reports; ideally experience with MasterControl and Signavio
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel, strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various specialist departments
  • Very good German and good English language skills
