About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic PMO governance: Establish and manage frameworks, standards and reporting structures for transformation initiatives across the company.
- Process excellence: Drive continuous improvement by identifying best practices, optimizing processes and ensuring scalability.
- Digitalization and AI enablement: Position digitalization and AI as key enablers of transformation—promote awareness, build capabilities and ensure integration into the operating model.
- Portfolio management: Oversee the entire transformation portfolio, ensure strategic alignment, prioritize initiatives and provide transparent reporting to executive management.
- Executive communication: Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for Heraeus Group management, the Group Executive Leadership Team, the Supervisory Board and shareholders; translate complex topics into clear, concise and impactful messages.
- Change management and success measurement: Foster stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing to increase adoption; define KPIs and track value realization to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with an MBA or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in PMO, transformation management or management consulting
- Understanding of digitalization trends and AI as business drivers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven experience preparing materials for boards of directors, supervisory boards or shareholders
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate strategies into actionable frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior leadership level
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is desirable
