About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic PMO governance: Establish and manage frameworks, standards and reporting structures for transformation initiatives across the company.
Process excellence: Drive continuous improvement by identifying best practices, optimizing processes and ensuring scalability.
Digitalization and AI enablement: Position digitalization and AI as key enablers of transformation—promote awareness, build capabilities and ensure integration into the operating model.
Portfolio management: Oversee the entire transformation portfolio, ensure strategic alignment, prioritize initiatives and provide transparent reporting to executive management.
Executive communication: Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for Heraeus Group management, the Group Executive Leadership Team, the Supervisory Board and shareholders; translate complex topics into clear, concise and impactful messages.
Change management and success measurement: Foster stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing to increase adoption; define KPIs and track value realization to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with an MBA or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of experience in PMO, transformation management or management consulting
Understanding of digitalization trends and AI as business drivers
Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven experience preparing materials for boards of directors, supervisory boards or shareholders
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate strategies into actionable frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior leadership level
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is desirable
