About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for day‑to‑day administration and execution of learning delivery activities for a global, multi‑country client population
  • Receive and process learning delivery requests through established case‑based workflows
  • Perform end‑to‑end learning administration activities within agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Maintain accurate case documentation, status updates, and timely closure of requests
  • Perform operational actions in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Set up instructor‑led and virtual learning sessions in line with approved procedures
  • Ensure learning offerings are visible, correctly configured, and ready for learner access
  • Coordinate learning session logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience in Learning Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Managed Services environments
  • Hands‑on experience supporting learning delivery administration for global or multi‑country populations
  • Experience working in a case‑based, ticket‑driven delivery model
  • Client‑servicing experience in a structured delivery environment is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Workday Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with enterprise LMS platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with instructor‑led and virtual learning delivery models
  • Experience managing learning records, attendance, completion, and reporting.
