About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Taking ownership of dedicated illiquid alternative investment funds and segregated accounts
Focus on investments in private debt
Portfolio analysis, optimization, and strategy
Investment decisions, ensuring close collaboration in fund-related bodies
Set-up and maintenance of business plans for funds under management
Day-to-day business of portfolio management
Liquidity management
Implementation and optimization of fund structures in compliance with regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in economics or related field
5 years or more of related experience (e.g. portfolio management, asset management, transaction advisory or structuring especially in relation to private credit or direct lending)
Financial modeling skills and valuation experience
Some knowledge of the regulatory and tax environment of Luxembourg would be an asset
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships in a global environment
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Fluent in English
