About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You continuously monitor, analyze and assess worldwide market, technology and business model trends to identify new growth areas in the hydrogen sector.
- Based on this, you develop business cases and plan projects for innovative products and services with high growth potential.
- You are responsible for cross-functional projects, managing and implementing them operationally while ensuring scope, budget and schedule compliance.
- Furthermore, you define and track relevant KPIs, prepare project status reports and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
- You support the development of strategic recommendations for management.
- Finally, you help build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant market players.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in economics, natural sciences or engineering, preferably with a Master's degree
- Several years of professional experience in research and development, strategy, consulting or a related business environment in the hydrogen sector, preferably focused on water electrolysis and fuel cells
- Strong knowledge in project and stakeholder management as well as in market analysis and technology assessment combined with knowledge of precious metals and their application in the hydrogen sector
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects within defined scope, budget and schedule
- Fluent English skills
- Confident use of MS Office and project management tools as well as willingness to travel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Analytical thinking skills
- Independent and proactive working style
