Key responsibilities & impact- Define project test strategies
- Lead and monitor testing activities across one or multiple projects in parallel
- Participate in test design

- Propose improvements for testing activities or processes
- Facilitate workshops
- Manage a team of testers with operational reporting
- Identify and track key performance and product quality indicators
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven initial experience as a Test Manager
- Professional English (B2 level) for international communication and documentation
- Driver's license (Category B) required to travel to client sites (2 to 3 times per week)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to run meetings, explain technical decisions and support client teams
- Adaptability and teaching skills to tailor your communication to different stakeholders and promote best practices
