About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive framework to ensure compliance with relevant global sustainability regulations and reporting standards
  • Support operational entities in implementing regulatory requirements
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and assess their impact on the Group
  • Manage and coordinate sustainability reporting for the Group
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Heraeus ESG Steering Board)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Law, Business Administration or a comparable field (legal background advantageous)
  • At least five years of professional experience in an international corporation, management consultancy, auditing firm or legal environment
  • Experience in ESG regulation and sustainability reporting
  • Experience independently structuring and leading (sub-)projects
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex regulatory matters and communicate them appropriately to different audiences
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, intercultural competence and fluent English
