Requirements

What you’ll need

Good in SAP & CRM system knowledge
Electronic Fund Transfer (“EFT”)/Automated Clearing House (“ACH”), lockbox checks, and online payments.
Ability to perform and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, deferrals, reclasses, adjustments)
General Ledger Management, Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly reconciliations
Variance Analysis & Insights
Support management reporting and commentary
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and accounting policies
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Participate in control testing and remediation actions
Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, and depreciation
