About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the design, development, and validation of automotive wiring harness systems using industry-standard CAD and schematic tools.
Apply strong technical knowledge of low and high voltage electrical systems, automotive standards, and packaging principles.
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
Ensure performance QCT, and OTD, FTR target % in milestones.
Attend management meetings to prioritize activities.
Design wiring harness for Digital mock up and support Physical Mock up.
Follow Design Rule, Regulation Benchmark, workability, Assembly check.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of Working Experience in Harness routing using CAD tools (Catia V5) for Passenger cars & commercial Vehicles
Knowledge / working experience in any of Product Data management tools.
Knowledge of complete vehicle & vehicle architecture
Knowledge on harness components like Connectors, wires, relays, fuse, protections, supports etc
Experience in wiring harness & Vehicle development program and DFMEA.
Knowledge in Product Design and drawings of wiring harness including circuit schematics.
Knowledge of automobile EE functions, on high-end vehicles (BCM/EMS/ABS/Airbags)
