Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and track employee onboarding and offboarding
Handle all contractual changes
Prepare and review various letters and certificates
Support People Managers in monitoring probation periods and contractual deadlines
Manage requests for employment status changes in collaboration with International Mobility
Provide employees with necessary information in the event of specific situations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's level (Bac+4) from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources
Service-oriented with strong team spirit
Commitment, responsiveness and autonomy
Organized, rigorous and reliable
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills with employees
Proficiency in English is a plus
